Henley is very pretty and very relaxing. We met a few lovely people, walked along the river, and enjoyed the sunny days. Here are a few highlights.
The Angel: This pub by the river is a superb spot to watch the sun set. Nice sky for 9pm!
Goring: George Michael's home has become a shrine and it was very moving to see and feel the impact of his fans' devotion.
Blewberry: A jazz gig in a private home - a farmhouse no less. The trio was made up of Leon Greening on piano, Adam King on double bass, and Steve Brown on drums. It was a bit like being at an Oscar Peterson gig. Brilliant!
